MANAGING YOUR PREMIUM LISTING
When upgrading your listing to a premium listing, you must provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information, as requested. We may at any time request a form of identification to verify your identity.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your premium listing details. If you wish to change any of your premium listing details, you will need to contact the SelectAdviser Team on 1300 884 434.
PROCESSING AND PAYMENT
It is your responsibility to provide valid payment details. SelectAdviser will process your purchase as promptly as possible. Please allow 14 days for your listing to appear on our website.
The costs of all premium listing products are made clear during the order process. You agree to pay the cost stated at the time of your order. All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
SelectAdviser reserves the right to change costs at any time. We will provide you with written notice if the cost of a premium listing product changes from the specified cost at the time of your purchase.
Any changes to your premium listing product cost will take effect at the time of your premium listing renewal.
a. You must call or email SelectAdviser Client Services to cancel your premium listing. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will not become effective until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have the same benefits until the end of your current billing period. All prior charges are non-refundable.
b. SelectAdviser reserves the right to suspend or cancel your premium listing at any time in its absolute discretion. In the event that SelectAdviser cancels your premium listing, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the balance of the term on your premium listing product.
Unless otherwise provided for in these Terms and Conditions, all charges billed are non-refundable. It is possible however, to change the name of advisers listed under any premium listing product.
SELECTADVISER HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
SelectAdviser reserves the right to modify the content, inclusions, features and structure of any digital product at any time. In the event your premium listing will be affected by a change, you will be given 14 days' prior notice of the change.
SelectAdviser does not guarantee that our digital products will be available without interruption at all times. In the event of a problem or interruption,SelectAdviser will endeavour to restore the full availability of our affected products.
SelectAdviser is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of any error by you or incorrect information supplied by you.
